Why is an antique car so expensive?

Firstly, this 1963 Ferrari 250 GTO is one of 39 Ferrari 250 GTOs produced by the engineering team led by Mr. Giotto Bizzarrini. Before going into the official test, the car has been perfected the design in the wind tunnel.
